Guest terms.

Terms for digital arrival, motel messaging, and related services. STRUT OS, LLC is a Florida limited liability company.

1. Agreement

By using STRUT you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use it.

2. Role

STRUT provides tools for participating motels and their guests. STRUT is not a motel, an owner, a travel agency, or a booking site.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18, have a confirmed reservation or an invitation from the motel, give accurate information, and follow the law.

4. Optional

Using STRUT is voluntary. If you do not, the reservation stays where it was booked and you can check in at the desk.

5. Arrival and keys

STRUT may coordinate arrival and tell you how to get a key. It does not unlock a room unless that motel has a supported lock and the motel has approved it. If access is uncertain, you see the desk. STRUT does not guarantee a room, an upgrade, or a late checkout.

6. Messages

Stay texts are sent only after you opt in on the opt-in page, on the motel’s booking form, or at the desk. A reservation landing by itself is not that yes. Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies, about 1 to 3 messages per reservation plus replies you request. Reply STOP to opt out. Reply HELP for help. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Consent is not a condition of buying the stay.

All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information won't be shared with any third parties. This information will not be shared with any third parties.

The program terms are the SMS policy. The privacy policy explains how the number is handled.

7. The current stay

STRUT does not cancel, change, or replace the reservation you already booked. The next stay is a separate booking.

8. Payments

A charge is shown before it is made, unless you already authorized a stored payment. STRUT does not store a full card number. The motel sets rates, taxes, deposits, and refunds.

9. Requests

STRUT can route a request to the motel. The motel fulfills it.

10. Acceptable use

Do not impersonate anyone, submit false information, interfere with the motel or the service, or use STRUT for anything unlawful.

11. Privacy

The privacy policy and the SMS policy also apply.

12. Disputes

Florida law governs. Courts in Pinellas County, Florida, except where a consumer protection law says otherwise.
